Horse race betting operator The Hong Kong Jockey Club (HKJC) has appointed Gary Chow executive director of development for the organization, from October 3 start taking office.
The Hong Kong Jockey Club was founded in 1884 to provide fixed odds football gambling. Hong Kong Jockey Club revealed, Chow will operate three betting platforms Cashbet, Telebet and Interactive Services, a total of about 26,000 employees.
